Now i recherched that its impossible to get them.
But use CP Trainer 2.
Before log on go to Player hacks and activate save mode hack.
Then Go to Username change and change your name to Billybob.
It comes automatically the mod sign.

Ok.I know an other variant.
Go to player hack and click at savemode before log in.
Then go to other hacks and search UsernameChange.
When you found it write in Billy bob or other Mods.
Then go to a new room.
Now you can see you with mods name and the mod sign comes automatically.

There is UserNameChange!In PlayerHacks!
There you can write Billybob or rsnail in it!
But not forgot to put at SaveMode Hack before log in!
